Ascension Symptoms

We are shifting from carbon-based beings to crystalline/silica in our structure, as we move more away from the old outdated 3D constructs into the upper realms of 4D and 5D.


This is the first time that humans have ever done this whilst still embodying a human “sleeve” (body) as, in former lifetimes, we have previously released/dumped off/passed away from the old version of the body and reincarnated into a new upgraded “sleeve” or “soul-vehicle”. It’s not easy and can be really uncomfortable/painful as we clear old karma, programmes that no longer serve us and beliefs.


We chose to be here at this cosmic moment, and yes, we CAN do this transformation.

We have all the tools and agreed to do this on/with Gaia now!

This will all pass as long as we face our fears and remain positive in our intentions. We are literally manifesting every thought now so my suggestion is to monitor your thoughts and keep positive.


Is anyone else experiencing any of the feelings listed below:


Physical

  • Dizziness/vertigo

  • Ringing in ears

  • “White noise” constant/pressure in ears (as if in an aeroplane)

  • Fuzzy head

  • Fatigue/lethargy

  • Sleep issues

  • Heightened senses

  • Choosing different foods and drinks (as our old favourites fade out, to be replaced by lighter fresher alternatives)

  • Gastric issues (constipation/diarrhoea/cramping/bloating)

  • Muscular aches

  • Temperature changes (sudden)

  • Waves of hot/cold

  • Night sweats

  • Irritability of back of head (alta major chakra) and skin

  • Skin dryness/flakiness/thinning

  • Aching bones and joints

  • Headaches/migraine

  • Blurred/double vision

  • Dental issues

  • Binging on certain foods and drinks for "comfort"

  • Nervous system disorders (as we upgrade)



Emotional



Mental

  • Confusion

  • Memory loss (short term)

  • Depression/anxiety

  • Euphoric (moments of giggles)

  • Gratitude

  • Old habits being released, i.e. drinking alcohol/fatty foods/smoking, etc



Spiritual


  • Kundalini experiences (rushing up spinal column)

  • Increased feelings of connection to souls that have passed over (family/pets, etc)

  • Feelings of Oneness/connectivity

  • Feelings of isolation

  • Connection to soul tribe and monad

  • Connecting to old memories in dreams and visions

  • Astral travelling quantum field experiences

  • Instant manifestation

  • Karmic experiences playing out

  • Access to parallel lives/dimensions
