Anxiety and Stress

These are the 2 main problem factors for everyone now as “time” seems to disappear rapidly leaving us somewhat breathless wondering how we are going to achieve  everything that is on our “to do lists”. We may then feel anxious, often with fluttery tummies and feelings of being ungrounded and unsafe in some way. 

Our adrenals (situated on top of the kidneys) adjust the normal balance in our bodies via the blood and nervous system, as we naturally turn up the cortisol hormone in order to instruct the body to behave in such a way that will facilitate us to cope with challenging situations.

Blood is redirected from normal areas of the body i.e. digestive tract, guiding it towards the sensory organs and muscles in a typical “fight or flight” response. 

Great suggestions to alleviate stress and anxiety are of course Meditation, breathing deeply and practicing mindfulness. All of these are now becoming very available choices for us all and are even being taught in schools now! 

Where you feel the stress in your body depends on why you feel it and the emotional reaction you are having to any stressful situation. This is know as the science of psycho-neuro immunology (the body mind connection), with messages being sent via the nervous system. These neural pathways now require additional support.

The Shift from Carbon base to Crystalline Structure bodies

Have you been wondering lately why you seem so tired – almost to the point of exhaustion, or feeling irritable, angry, lonely, sad, frustrated, or all of the above, and you can’t figure out why? Have you been asking yourself why you’re behaving in ways, or feeling things, that don’t seem to fit with who you know yourself to be, or that just don’t make any sense? Or wondering why the people in your life seem to be reacting differently to you? Either they’re more excited than ever to be with you, or the complete opposite, they’re picking fights with you or being upset with you for no apparent reason?

Or perhaps in going through what you consider to be a normal day, at times you feel as if you simply cannot keep your eyes open, like sleep is simply begging you to come and be with it? Are you experiencing tired, dry and ”gritty” eyes? Does life at times seem empty and without meaning, even when you’re doing things that you used to love? Foods are tasting/feeling different too .. old comfort foods don’t seem to be working  for you the way that they used to. You are erring towards protein and natural, seasonal, locally grown options. Depression is being currently very widely experienced globally as we face our shadows. Do any of these feel familiar to you? 

Currently, since 2012, our bodies have been going through a very unique experience which includes become less carbon based and increasingly silica or crystalline. This is due to the new light codes coming from our sun which in turn is affecting and upgrading our DNA.

The primary thing to know is that it’s not an age thing and it will pass. You are not alone, you aren’t breaking and things will get better.

Why are these things happening?

You may have heard it said that we’re shifting from carbon-based beings to crystalline-based beings. There is more to our DNA than we have thought or that science has thus far been able to discover; what we were told were the junk parts of our DNA are being reactivated. The old information was, in fact, inaccurate.

These concepts are all very real, and even our recent quantum physical sciences are revealing them. It all has to do with the light energy that’s penetrating us, our world, and everything on it, easing us into the new world and a new way of being. So you could say that it isn’t just Nova (new) Earth we’re building, it’s Nova (new) Human as well. Our bodies are literally evolving! 

If you check out periodic charts, you would see that the carbon-based bodies we currently have and the silicon structure are actually only a few molecules away. With a few re-arrangements, you have a shift from one to another. We will eventually adjust to this higher vibration and much will be activated for released. As we face our deepest fears , we release them and feel free. It’s like clearing our closets and freeing up space for new things to flow in. More room inside for more of the higher energy!

List of Common Ascension Symptoms:

  1. Feeling as though you are in a pressure cooker or intense energy or stress.

  2. Old patterns and behaviours are being pushed to the surface for release. This can increase feelings of fear, anxiety, panic, hysteria and are all indications that you are on overload. Rest and recharge is the best plan now. Get into nature, sleep, meditate and give yourself a break! 

Feeling all this pressure going on inside of you can feel like great stress. 

You only have to look around you to see examples of this in our bodies, political, socio and economic  situations are shifting for us all. 

Structures all around us are crumbling in readiness for new stronger and more positive versions that are now becoming available. This exacerbates the stress. 

Personally I choose not to watch too much mainstream “news “ as it’s mainly fear based! 

The great news is that bliss and joy are on the other side.. we are swiftly moving towards it.. exciting really! 

It’s not what happens but how we choose to respond to the changes.
