Autumn's arrived in UK Keep your spirits up as the nights draw in and daylight reduces
At this beautiful time of year we always notice darker mornings and evenings. This can affect our moods as we experience less sunlight and leave us open to SAD (sunlight affective disorder), where we find it hard to get up, feel low/depressed and the overwhelming desire to hibernate under the quilt until spring!
