Ultimately, we learn how to heal them and maintain our good health and also begin to understand the messages that our body’s are giving us… bring along your aches and pains to discover what your body is shouting about!

Course Objective:
- Become familiar with your chakras and what they do.
- Balance and attune, maintain and understand your body's energy system.
- Enable you to attain and maintain good health whilst also beginning to help friends, family and even pets.
This will enable you to become more aware of, and more in control of your life and health. It will deepen your understanding of the body/mind connection and show you how to heal yourself.
